From the chart you currently have
if you can see that “from here it’s hard to go down further”
wouldn’t you consider buying?
This is easier to understand if you relate it to real life.
For example,
the laptop you’ve wanted for a long time, priced at 120,000 yen
is now marked on sale at 80,000 yen.
Before imagining a future where shortages might push the price higher,
“Huh? Isn’t this the bottom now? Isn’t this a buy?”don’t you think?
That’s the feeling here.
Since you’ve been eyeing it for a long time, you’ve likely tracked the price trend.
Starting from the new sale,
12 → 11 → 8 → 12 → 11 → 10 → 11 → 12 → 8
and if the price comes back up next, you’d want to buy before that happens again, right?
In short,you decide by looking at the past trend and the current situation.
If you graph the price history above, you can see a double bottom, right? lol
If you’re worried about price drops, you’d buy around 90,000 or 100,000 yen.
Reflect this in the charts you usually watch and think about it^^
