[Methods Free公開] Tonight's USD/JPY scalping points 2024/11/1
This is Tomizaki from Trading Office.
【11/1 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points】
Good job today! Alright, let's do dollar/yen scalping again tonight!
First, today's Tokyo session overview.
Currently, the dollar/yen is around 152.45. This morning it started around 152.00, but during the Tokyo session after the previous Bank of Japan monetary policy meeting and Chief Bank of Japan Ueda's press conference, yen buying has cooled and we’re seeing a slight rebound.
From the prior morning level, about 45 pips higher, we are transitioning to the overseas session.
Now, tonight is the last employment data before the U.S. presidential election. Until the data is released, price action is likely to be driven by position adjustments.
Now, here are tonight's dollar/yen scalping points.
● Movements near the 16:00 London market open
● Movements after the 21:30 “U.S. Employment Situation” release
● Movements near the 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● Movements after the 23:00 “U.S. ISM Manufacturing PMI” release
● Be mindful of headlines related to the U.S. presidential election
Tonight’s 1-minute scalping will likely produce opportunities from movements around market open in addition to the 21:30 “U.S. Employment Situation” and 23:00 “U.S. ISM Manufacturing PMI” releases.
If you manage the releases as per standard theory, there should be no issues.
Also, the 15-minute scalping focused on shorts, from around the current 152 yen mid-range, if positions are adjusted before the employment data, you can follow along with that move.
Well then, please take care tonight as well!
【11/1 Main U.S. Indicators & Events】
● 21:30 U.S. Employment Situation: Nonfarm Payrolls / Unemployment Rate / Manufacturing Payrolls / Average Hourly Earnings
—–
● 22:45 U.S. Logan: Dallas Fed President remarks (no voting rights)

For dollar/yen scalpers, avoid entering right before indicators/events; watch the timing.
