[Important] About risk management for FX automated trading

What people say to keep winning in trading is “how not to lose” to think about.
Usually, most people trade with the aim of making a profit, or winning.
However, those who continue to win in trading tend to think about not losing instead.
When I operate normally,I trade with 2% to 3% of the total capital per trade.
＊The way losses are calculated (as a percentage) varies depending on the operator.
FX is said to lose 5% in one trade, butdepending on the amount invested, I think it is a bit of a high-risk approach. (Of course, I also consider the EA's trading style.)
But thinking only about how many percent of the total capital one trade is, the amount changes a lot depending on the initial capital, so be careful.
For example, 5% of 2,000,000 yen (100,000) and 5% of 500,000 yen (25,000) are the same percentage, but the principal amount is different, so the amount is different. Therefore, even with the same risk percentage, the emotional pain when a loss occurs is different.
Losing 100,000 yen in one trade with 2,000,000 yen is tough, but losing 25,000 yen in one trade with 500,000 yen is tolerable.

Also, what I have actually experienced is that when you want to trade and buy an EA, if its past performance looks very good due to excessive expectations, you tend to raise the lot size more than necessary.
When losses occur then, it takes time to recover.
This is a really common thing among beginners, so please remember it firmly.
