[Free Method公開中] Tonight's USD/JPY scalping points 2024/10/28

[10/28 Dollar/Yen Scalping Points]
Good work everyone! Now, let's do some USD/JPY scalping again tonight!
First, from today’s Tokyo session overview.
Currently, USD/JPY is around 153.60. This morning it started around 153.10, but during Tokyo time there was strong yen selling pressure and it rose to as high as around 153.90.
In the July 27 election results, the Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito suffered a big defeat, falling below a majority, and it seems that overseas players expect not the Bank of Japan’s additional rate hike feature.
It looks like we’ll hand over to overseas time with about a 50-pip rise from the morning level. Based on last Friday’s close, that’s about a 1.30 yen rise.
Now, the tonight’s USD/JPY scalping points.
● Movements around 16:00 London market open
● Movements around 22:00 New York market open (Dow opens at 22:30)
● No notable U.S. indicators to watch
Tonight’s 1-minute scalping trades don’t have any major catalysts; the idea is to accumulate profits from market open movements. So far in Tokyo time there has been volatility, so it would be nice if moves are clear in the overseas session as well.
Also, for the 15-minute scalping that specializes in short positions, given today’s market with strong yen selling pressure, there may be little setup. It is in the high price area, so if a favorable setup appears, initiating small positions could be considered.
Now the overseas session will begin shortly!
