Today I'm not feeling well, so
I'll get straight to the core discussion,
Criticism of other companiesis not enough to start, right?
So how can EA be operated?
If that's not published, you can't begin.
They tout “investor protection,”
but if they criticize to avoid being scammed by fraudulent products or shady FX companies,
and try to enclose beginners,
downloads of MT4/MT5,
how to run EAs,
how to operate EAs,
without concrete explanations,
they say,
“other companies are faulty here,”
“therefore mine is superior,”
“therefore please buy from me.”
So,
included in that, you must not be deceived in the true sense.
Some who understand will understand, but…
not only the operators but also some customers fail to grasp this logic.
At the very least, if a company is illegal,
there is no need for some private company to criticize it; the Financial Services Agency will deal with it properly.
If in some way they are licensed and registered with the FSA,
there will be regular checks by the FSA,
and if at that time it's illegal, administrative penalties will be imposed.
So,
you must not be deceived in the true meaning, including those aspects.
No matter how exaggerated the advertisements of a company are,
as long as they are registered with the Financial Services Agency,
they will be regularly checked and must submit reports.
Because if the Financial Services Agency deems there to be supervisory neglect, they cannot maintain credibility.
Government offices care a lot about that,
it's a matter of prestige.
