On October 10, 2018, our company entered into a business transfer agreement (hereinafter the “Formal Agreement”) with FISCO Cryptocurrency Exchange Co., Ltd. to transfer the operation of our cryptocurrency exchange “Zaif” from our company to FISCO Cryptocurrency Exchange Co., Ltd. Upon conclusion of the Formal Agreement, the business of operating our cryptocurrency exchange will be transferred and succeeded by FISCO Cryptocurrency Exchange Co., Ltd.

In addition, after the procedures for this business transfer are completed, our company plans to dissolve after abolishing the registration of the cryptocurrency exchange business.

However, a certain Twitter post stated that Tech Bureau, Inc. called directly,ZAIF Token will be handed over to Fisco Co., Ltd..

For ZAIF Coin holders, this is reassuring for now.

On November 1, 2018, ZAIF formally announced which coins it would handle going forward. (Refer to the photo above; COMSA is listed on a separate document.)
