[September 29, 2024] Backtesting using the De-sign method of the Sky and Earth indicators (Euro-Oji)

EurOji 4-hour + Daily backtest

※Please note the yellow cross lines. There are yellow cross lines in the same location on both the 4-hour and daily charts.

There is a very good pattern, but one concern remains. That is the oscillator sign ⑤ appearing. Look at past charts where oscillator signs ⑤ and ⑥ have appeared. While highly advantageous, this sign also tends to mislead. The reason for the mislead is that Oscillator TF2 has reached -80. Will TF2 continue to decline and stay there, or will it reverse and rise? This decision can be made using ABUADX and ABUDMI. Please refer to the chart image below. It should be obvious.

・All-direction concordant signal ON

・Oscillator TF2 reaching -80 and continuing to fall

・Oscillator TF1 turning down from +80

・Oscillator sign ⑤ ON

・ABUADX located below -20

※ABUADX uses TimeFrame to set daily levels. Therefore, until the daily chart is confirmed, the levels may change. For example, if the price rose for the first four candles but collapsed on the fifth, the past four would also change to an upward form. However, unless there is a rapid rise or fall, the shape of ABUADX remains effective.

※ABUDMI is set to Current, so it is confirmed for each single candlestick. It also has an automatic support/resistance drawing function, making it a highly accurate entry tool.

■ Daily chart (Right side: final judgment chart）※Used as the final judgment material when entering on the 4-hour chart.

・Oscillator TF2 is declining

・Oscillator TF1 is declining

・Oscillator DX has crossed downward, and Distance is still widening

・ABUADX is declining
