FX automated trading, the double-e-e (EA) developer of Reiwa era here.

In my EA, during the development phase,

the stop loss and take profit (hereafter, SL and TP) are optimized at the end, so

until then, input 1,000 pips or so to prevent them from being closed by SL or TP

and, above all, develop and release based solely on technical logic that rises steadily.

For example,

the utility player yields such results.

And,

this is also part of my own reasoning and values,

so it may not be directly related to other people's EAs,

but if other people's EAs have SL or TP as parameters,

it would be interesting to test with 1,000 pips, for example, via backtesting.

By doing so,

to what extent can one trade using only the technical logic and understand the edge or advantage?

Perhaps you can see how advantageous it is.

However, even if not set as a parameter,

there may be programs that settle in ways other than technical indicators as well,

and I think trying it out is intriguing.

If that reveals any characteristics,

it could be useful when operating.

After backtesting,

if you click the “Open Chart” button,

the trades from the backtest may be shown in

candlesticks.

By doing so,

you can see what kind of trades are being made,

which can be a helpful reference!

In my case,

I have a program that hides the technical indicators used when opening the chart,

so they are not displayed, but

some EAs may display them occasionally.
