Pixel Companies to acquire CoinCoin OÜ, a cryptocurrency exchange business in Estonia, as a subsidiary
CoinCoin OÜ was established in February 2018 in Estonia for the purpose of cryptocurrency business.
We have already obtained licenses to conduct a cryptocurrency exchange business and to securely hold assets electronically, and preparations to commence operations are underway.
Pixel Company will become a subsidiary of the company, enabling cryptocurrency exchange business in Estonia, and will also lead to expansion of cryptocurrency-related businesses such as mining operations and system development using blockchain (distributed ledger) technology.
The group has established Pixel Solutions as its core business. In FinTech and IoT, we are working on system development for financial institutions and the development and commercialization of IoT devices using electronic sealing technology (smart taxi meters: patent pending), while also engaging in cryptocurrency-related businesses (mining) and contract development work for systems utilizing blockchain technology.
In addition, on August 29 of this year, Haibo Li announced that Pixel Company’s group’s first project in blockchain-based smart contract system development involves developing the NEVULA token based on the NEO blockchain platform, and that delivery has been completed.
It is said that the procedure to receive 4 billion NVL as developer compensation has been completed.
