10/3 Never make the same mistake again

When I was a company employee, there was something I kept to heart.
What it was, was
“Make sure not to repeat mistakes twice.”
That’s what it meant.
How can we achieve that?
We have to think about that,
and in order to steadily do things one by one
I thought this is important.
However,
in the early days of FX discretionary trading
I kept repeating the same mistakes over and over.
Why is that? I think it was because I couldn’t suppress the desire to make money.
FX is originally done to increase assets,
so it’s natural to have the desire to earn more,
and I’m doing it to make money, so of course I want to earn.
In romance as well,
if only one side’s feelings grow, things don’t go well,
no matter how strong the feelings are, since there is the other person involved,
even if you have your own desires, it won’t work out.
Finding a psychological balance here,
is extremely difficult.
Since I usually trade automatically with EAs,
such things tend to dull your senses,
and when you look at the chart you think there is a chance,
even when you want to enter a discretionary trade
when you actually try to trade, it may not go well.
Well, during my company days too,
when data entry or monotonous work,
it’s easier to prevent mistakes,
but when you get a boss title and have to manage people,
management becomes quite difficult.
Balancing those aspects well is
related to improving trading skills,
and I believe that leads to better trading!
