but occasionally some other developers’ EAs listed for sale
have defaults set to compound interest mode, so please be careful.
If you run it as is, it will operate in compound mode.
Why you needCautionis because…
If,
on an account where other EAs are also running
you set it as one of your portfolio items.
No matter how you adjust the unit..benefit (lot) increases
if you don’t realize that the default is on compound mode…
regardless of other EAs running,
the lot sizes will be automatically set against your account balance.
even if you set for simple interest, it won’t reflect.
For example, in an image,
with 100,000 funds and 0.01 lots,
you suddenly get into 0.1 lots, ten times bigger, and you freak out...
depending on the case, you could go bankrupt…
This isn’t very considerate of the developer…
From my perspective, it’s thoughtless…
If they had clearly informed on the listing page, that would be one thing…
This is something users must verify themselves…
At the very least for Gogojan
the forward listing and
the parameters at purchase are the same.
If the forward itself is in compound mode,
then even when you purchase, compound mode is on, so
that is another way to check.
By the way, why do we publish compound mode by default?
Because, even though the growth curve is the same,
as funds increase, lots increase and profits rise,
making it look far more profitable than EA developers who publish with simple interest.
This is something GoGoJungle should standardize across the board.
Developers who seriously publish with success methods may end up getting punished by this.
