Therefore, we do not adapt or copyright any non-essential features such as additional functionalities or source code (variable names, parameters, indicator names, etc.) that would express creativity in the calculation logic (these parts could affect the assessment of copyright infringement).
However, parameters necessary for operation (e.g., number of candles to display) may be implemented with our own source code. These are basically essential and may also be implemented in the reference indicators.
・Produce original versions of the Method Series by adding processing and parameters not present in the reference sources.
The source code for the fundamental calculation expressions is created from scratch as noted above, but the formulas themselves tend to resemble each other regardless of who writes them, so similarities with the reference sources are possible.
Therefore, in the Method Series’ logic indicators, we use non-essential processing (custom methods, structures, etc.) to express our own creativity, though it cannot be guaranteed to be completely non-similar to the reference.

In addition, we add original parameters unique to the Method Series, such as buffers for displaying the indicator (line, sign, histogram, etc.) and other things like pseudo-MTF. (Parameters vary by indicator.)

Therefore, in the product overview, content, and indicator sources of the Method Series, we do not include or use the above.
Also, trademarks are subject to infringement determinations even for similarity, so the Method Series uses original product names derived from the series number, trading style, and indicators used (indicator names as well).
