Dihydrogen monoxide is,
a molecule with one oxygen and two hydrogens.
that is, H2O, “water.”
Even ordinary water,

In other words, as mentioned above,
“If you want to say bad things about something, you can say them in many ways.”
That’s what it comes down to.
So, rather than only focusing on “what bad things are being done,”
consider “what good things have been done” and where the positive direction is,
which seems more important.
Things are not black-and-white but a matter of every case, right-and-wrong.
Also, instead of nitpicking words,
the ability to grasp the overall message becomes important.
Specifically,
are you looking at the developers from the users' perspective?
It would be good to view EA developers with that lens.
