7/4 (Thu) Frequent incoming calls and emails from MT4 brokers

In Japan, there are multiple brokers that handle MT4,

even though they use the same MT4 platform, they have different spreads and distinct characteristics.

Some EAs can be set to hold positions up to leverage limits and trade automatically.

However,

when you compose multiple EAs as a portfolio,

if you set positions to be held up to the leverage limit,

there are cases where orders that should have been placed do not go through due to changes in funds.

In such cases, if you look at the Expert tab,

you will find a history of many orders that did not go through.

In that case, depending on the FX broker, the server may become overloaded,

and you may receive frequent phone calls or emails.

Personally, there are brokers that contact me frequently and others that do not contact at all,

so I feel it depends on the broker's server strength.

Nevertheless, receiving frequent calls or emails is a reality,

so, in that sense, be careful with lot sizing and risk management.
