4/13 GoGoジャン is not an accessory.
This is EA developer Reiwa no Double-I from Gogojungle.
Today,
“Gogojungle is not an accessory.”
is the story.
I, Reiwa no Double-I,am heading toward incorporation from here,
and I am currently coordinating with tax accountants, administrative scriveners, lawyers, etc.,
but personally I have an aversion to hiring people.
That is because I feel it would
“affect that person's life as well.”
Moreover
if the hired person has a spouse and children,
not only that employee but the entire family would become a joint fate,
in that sense
I find Gogojungle impressive for employing many people.
What I want to say is,
if by any chance, hypothetically, I were to hire someone as an employee,
I would do my utmost to protect that employee, and if necessary I am confident I would nurture them.
Because since I had another job on the side,
I have experience as a chief, and in a small company I had meaningful discussions with the president.
I have also cultivated a problem child up to a chief.
From such experiences, one conclusion is
that it is important not to think of the company as an accessory.
For example,
If someone extremely wealthy existed,
there might be no need to start a company at all,
but to their relatives and acquaintances it may look like a NEET,
so outwardly you might establish a company as a kind of status,
in other words, the company could become an “accessory (ornament).”
In such a case you might not particularly think about increasing sales or salaries.
However,
as long as there are employees working there,
even I would think“not to treat the company as an accessory.”
This is important,
because it would be very disrespectful to the employees.
I will teach what is necessary, take full responsibility, and tell them to go for it,
and if needed I will cultivate them further and change the system,
and operate the company in that way.
What Gogojungle looks like inside is something that cannot be known from outside, but
I hope at least that Gogojungle is not an accessory.
