【Developers who cannot answer community questions should be avoided.】
GoGoJungle's system trading includes a section called Community where user questions are accepted.
In that section, developers will respond to users’ questions.
However, when I sometimes look at others’ communities,
I’m not sure if they are overlooking them, butthere are many cases where questions are being ignored.

Personally as a developer,
I believe this is very important.
Sometimes questions are pressed on painful points
and there are concerns that we cannot answer,
which could be interpreted as us skipping them.
In my case,
skipping questions is very dishonest,
and there is no situation where we cannot provide an answer;
we can answer all questions properly,
and we always provide answers to every question.
(However, if the intent of a question cannot be inferred, we may ask the question back to ensure precise answers.)
(Also, when there is no clear question stated or when answering wouldn’t help with EA operation, we may skip.)
If we cannot answer,
perhaps it indicates that the product was submitted not by a proper method, or built dishonestly.
