“FX is being worked on really hard!”

That kind of appeal is something you hear a lot.

I can understand the feeling, but

unfortunately,

it’s a “world of numbers,”

“So, how much did you earn?”

becomes the question.

For example, in obtaining a professional qualification, it’s the same,

even if you say, “I’m really working hard to obtain the qualification!”

the question is whether you passed or not, and

moreover,

“did you use that qualification to contribute to the company’s profits?”

is how managers look at it.

If you obtain a qualification and do nothing with it,

it’s the same as not having the qualification,

managers will think.

As for growth potential and expectations,

there are obviously expectations, but

if you obtain a qualification and do nothing with it,

you’re simply saying, “I only want the qualification to receive allowances,”

in other words, a “salary thief,”

is probably how managers see it.

In a world where companies and society are that strict,

the same goes for FX, and

especially in FX, where results are easily quantified,

how much you are earning constitutes the majority of the value standard.
