2/21 Who decides the price of EA?

EA developer Reiwa’s double-E is here.

Reiwa’s double-E has been playing in a band since student days.

In the band, I played the drums,

and I would occasionally strum the guitar alone to compose.

Well, a friend started an indie label,

and I happened to be affiliated with it,

I’m not well-versed in what the major productions do,

but when it comes to setting the price for music releases,

I think artists don’t have full control over it.

There are big production costs like ad expenses, promotions,

various costs, etc.,

the market price for distribution,

targets and concepts,

strategic choices to lower or raise prices,

and many elements interact,

so the price is set accordingly,

and I think the artist’s personal feelings aren’t reflected 100%.

If there are people who still buy it with satisfaction,

In the EA world,

nowadays it’s common for EA developers to set the price,

and even on Gogojungle, the price is set by the EA developers,

but if in the future,

large capital power gets involved,

and a major production-like force rises,

and the quality of listed EAs becomes similar,

perhaps

the power dynamics might change, I wonder?

I think so.

Perhaps

the current available price could end up being the bottom price,

or something like that.
