5/10 (Fri) Actually the EA logic isn’t that complicated
EA developer’s double EI of Reiwa is here.
I also provide consulting to those aiming to become EA developers,
and even if not, to FX traders,
especially to users who operate EAs,
regarding the EA logic,
I think you have a similar image as follows.
“A winning EA must have a complex logic.”
This is a big mistake.
Adapted to real chart patterns,
designed as simply as possible,
the logic tends to be universal and rational,
which is my experiential rule of thumb.
Conversely, the more complex it becomes,
the more it leads to overfitting.
With only one entry and one exit,
and only one filter,
even that is enough to create a steadily upward curve.
So there is no need to think of a complex logic,
what you need to think about is,
from chart patterns that are more realistic and immediate,
how to extract the edge in a way that is more advantageous.
In other words, how much you can grasp the essence of things?
Perhaps you think,
“I trade poorly because I can’t think about things in detail.”
If so, you might think a winning EA would have a complex logic.
Where should you put your effort?
What should you pay attention to?
This is very important.
Well then.
