3/31 (Sun) There is no point if you don’t have funds when the real opportunity comes.

Today's topic is about the matter at hand.
Well,
the “chance market”
will come again and again.
However,
some people have the “posi-posa disease”and feel they must always be taking positions,
so they cannot be satisfied unless they are in a position.
That is because if you do nothing, you won’t make a profit, so you feel it’s an opportunity loss.
However,
even in favorable markets, when you take a position,
you end up losing due to wasted trades,
and only when your funds are reduced and exhausted,
the “chance market” comes again, which is a common occurrence.
In other words,
it is meaningless if you have no funds when real opportunities come
that is what it means.
These things are especially true in discretionary FX trading, but
the same applies to EA operations as well,
at the very least,
if you are not entering trades in an account where you are running EA, you’ll incur opportunity loss,
and if you try discretionary trading at the same time and suffer a large loss…
the funds may still remain, but you’ll have to lower the EA lot size…
and just then the EA starts to win…
you may have this kind of experience.
That is because when you take a big hit in discretionary trading, some people win big,
and it means the EA is trading in a similar way to those people who win big.
As humans, there will be various mistakes,
and it would be good if we can apply lessons to the next time,
but you need to ensure you have enough funds left to carry on.
So,
if you have no funds when a true opportunity comes, it’s meaningless
that was the message.
