Let's trade easily on mobile♪
Good evening.
I am a Candlestick FX trader.
Recently, I have been exchanging messages with buyers,
and one thing I often feel is that
many people, despite having a simple logic,
some people still try to make it more difficult and improve it for some reason.
Probably because in their lives up to now,
if they want to earn a lot of money,
if they want to succeed, they have to work twice as hard as others,
they think they must be able to do things others cannot do,
and because such things are ingrained in them,
they believe that doing difficult things will improve their trading performance.
This time, the logic uses only candlesticks, yet
some people still try to add indicators to it,
use multi-timeframe analysis,
introduce discretion,
and for some reason, try to make it more complex.
Even though there is a logic that uses only candlesticks in front of you,
if you make it more complex on purpose,
even winning setups may stop winning.
There is a famous investor Warren Buffett who said
that people tend to make simple things difficult,
and this is a quote.
Buffett invests only in companies he can understand,
invests only in straightforward business models,
and achieved success in the world of investing.
Even if there are many business models that are complex and time-consuming to understand,
companies that have products beloved by people for a long time,
if you hold such a company for the long term, you have a fairly high probability
of generating profits from investments.
However, even though this is something you understand in your head,
people still struggle to put it into practice.
They end up trying to do something difficult,
and as a result, many incur losses in investing.
In FX too, the people who are winning trade very simply,
and make profits by doing easy things.
The people who are winning are truly simple.
Conversely, those who are doing difficult things
tend to be less successful.
In my own trading,
I usually trade on my smartphone,
and I am surprisingly laissez-faire in trading (sweat).
Still, I make sure to grasp the points I should,
so I am able to generate profits.
In my actual trades,
especially when trading on a smartphone,
there are many times when entries are late or exits are delayed (sweat).
However, because I trade by keeping the essentials in mind,
overall I still end up with profits.
By the way, the trade after the USD/JPY trade I mentioned earlier
looked like this.
Basically, it is smartphone trading, in line with the logic.
But today, after this, ADP employment data release and
with FOMC due at 4:00 a.m. the next morning,
I have decided not to hold positions through that time window.
Also there were European-related indicators,
so I did not trade in euro-related pairs either.
In this way, while focusing on the essential points,
aside from that, I trade on my smartphone whenever there are opportunities.
Note: all these key points are explained in the manual as well.
Therefore, in this logic, there is no need to add new indicators or filters,
nor to perform environment recognition by looking at other timeframes simultaneously;
instead, simply check the indicators, decide which currency pairs to trade,
and if the signal occurs with this logic, enter,
if you miss it, use a late-entry technique to hold the position,
and if you keep this point in mind, you can quite easily pursue profits.
Conversely, those who add indicators or discretion
tend to ignore factors like indicators and holidays,
and ignore the times and seasons suitable for trading,
and do things that deviate from the essentials,
resulting in a lack of profits...
With that in mind, this article is quite close to being for buyers only,
but
think about trading more simply,
and always grasp the essentials without fail,
and trade with that mindset,
I think not only this logic but your performance will improve.
