2/16- The difference between discretionary trading and EA (expert advisor)
I am the Reiwa Double-I by an EA developer.
Discretionary trading is where you judge entries by human eyes on the chart,
incorporating all senses, sixth sense, and fundamentals
to make a comprehensive decision on entries and closures.
In that context,
there may be things that are difficult to explain in detail, and
even if different people try to trade the same, the results may differ.
On the other hand, EA is
when entry conditions are met, it enters.
In the EA development stage, chart patterns are
represented technically, but
there is no room for ambiguity there.
“Ambiguity” cannot be programmed.
Saying, “When this kind of chart pattern happens, …”
is not programmable in EA.
Programming is a world of true or false, 0 or 1.
Because of that, it becomes rigid or inflexible, if you will.
It will enter as long as the entry conditions are met, regardless of fundamentals.
So
although discretionary trading and EA are different things,
it does not mean that EA trades what humans cannot.
Since the EA logic is created by humans,
it tends to have a human-like logic.
In any case,
there must be some reason, basis, or rational factor that makes the EA logic able to win.
This is also true in recent trading.
However
with regard to EA, there is no ambiguity
as a matter of fact.
Well then!
