is the story.

This is a quote from a past personal newsletter.

By the way, 2013 was the year I changed jobs, the year of Reiwa's Double-E.

Soon I became a night-shift worker,

working six days a week with overtime of 50–80 hours (including unpaid overtime),

often without six hours left before the next shift at the time I got home.

At that time I seriously thought, “I failed at my career change. It’s ultra-black. My life is over…”

It was a dark period indeed.

Even so, I continued discretionary trading,

and since I was on night shift (in the medical field with no designated break time at all),

I kept pushing through, quickly wrapping up work, taking occasional cigarette breaks, and

witnessed the live price movements in real Western hours

that was the only bright spot among the black history.

In December 2015, I achieved a top-10 nationwide pips ranking in discretionary trading at Hirose Financial.

Even now, I think I did well...
