We explain the overview of the logic for each genre
The genre of commercial EAs is
roughly categorized into the following categories.
・Scalping (buying on dips, selling on retracements)
・Scalping (contrarian)
・Anomalies (scheduled trades)
・Morning scalping (trend following direction)
・Morning scalping (contrarian direction)
・Trend following
・Direction-following swing
・Contrarian swing
・Breakout (scalping)
・Breakout (trend following)
・Average down (without martingale)
・Average down (with martingale)
Personally, in the case of Reiwa-era Double‑I,
we have developed new genres that do not belong to any of the above,
・Copernicus family
・Utility player family
and take pride in having introduced them,
but they roughly fall into the genres listed above.
Well,
to be precise, for example, anomalies with technicals as filters,
there are many other nuances,
as the Reiwa-era Double‑I,
I can somewhat understand others' EA logic.
But there are EAs that I think, “I don’t quite understand this,”
and ones I feel I cannot create,
for risk diversification I would not hesitate to buy them.
For example,
Wai Zou-san’sUp draft USD/JPY M30and so on.
When a buy signal emerges,
there may be selling as hedging,
which is quite fascinating, and I am using it.
That said, starting tomorrow,
I will introduce an overview of each genre’s logic and
illustrate with representative actual EAs.
Well then!
