Occasionally on EA sales pages,

「Stable EA with max drawdown under 5%!」 or

are described

even in commercial EAs other than GoGoJungle.

However,

if that is talking about “simple interest operation,”

please be quite careful.

Because,

you can lower the percentage as much as you want by increasing the initial margin or lowering the lot size.

In the case of simple interest operation,

it should be viewed only in terms of lot size and maximum drawdown amounts,

that is, in pips terms.

For example, with yen-cross pairs,

if 0.1 lots has a maximum drawdown of 50,000 yen,

that means 500 pips.
