Where is the Gob-San inquiry form?
EA developer Reiwa’s double-I is here.
This series is
“No Guesswork! Gogojan Problem Posing!” as
I will write without any bias about the issues I feel with Gogojan.
(Of course, I have the sales team’s permission).
From my position as an EA developer in Reiwa’s double-I,
the three parties—the users, Gogojan, and EA developers
—will continue in a “WIN-WIN” wayin order to
“see the whole picture and act,”
I feel it is necessary.
Although it will inevitably be my own view,
as objective as possible, and
so that the overall WIN-WIN continues,I plan to speak frankly and candidly without bias.
With that said, let’s move on to this topic.

Where is Gogojan’s inquiry form?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Generally, most sites have an “inquiry form.”
Have you ever used it?
Gogojan also has one properly, but
many people feel they “don’t know where it is.”
The reason I feel that way is because I receive “general EA usage questions” at my end as an EA developer.
I have even received authentication questions for Gogojan, but
authentication sources are entered by Gogojan, and since it is Gogojan’s system, EA developers don’t know.
Conversely, if I answer too easily with “Isn’t it this way?” that would be a problem.

What I’d like you to consider here is a “large electronics retailer.”
----------------------------------------------------------------
In my hometown, Utsunomiya City, there are Kojima, Yamada, K’s Denki, etc.,
for example
Sharp electronics products are on display, and
if you have something you don’t understand, you’d ask a store employee.
Rather than calling Sharp’s inquiry desk from inside the store.
Well, after purchasing a product, you would call the manufacturer’s inquiry desk,
but in Gogojan’s case, currently you cannot find the location of the in-store inquiry form,
and you may end up asking the EA developer directly.
Ah, for now
Gogojan’s inquiry formis

this is it.
Personally, for EAs,
・General EA usage… Gogojan inquiry form
・EA-specific questions… a direct message to the EA developer
・If you’re not sure which one… Gogojan inquiry form
I think it’s fine to proceed like this.
Gogojan also teaches users how to use EAs,
and if users use Gogojan’s EAs, they’ll be happy, so I believe they will respond earnestly.
Originally,
EA developers’ job is to develop good EAs,
and Gogojan is the one that sells those EAs well,
so distributing the “mechanism for receiving questions” as above seems reasonable.
So!
