Lefty-golfer YOSSY Special feature article (Culture Day) July 5 (Wed): 【Harmonic】 Nikkei 225 The concept of multiple harmonic formation processes
Good evening?
I have obligations at my own hospital tomorrow, so I will post tomorrow's content tonight.
Please understand?♂️?
In 'The Dismantling of Bollinger Bands', we discussed scenario construction using Bollinger Bands.
The accuracy is lower than Bollinger Bands, but,
If we assume that a harmonic pattern is valid,we can infer price movements.
Today I plan to explain that approach.
(Note: The following is for members only.)
Nikkei 225 [1-Hour Chart]
If you plot the Shark's PRZ drawn on the 1-hour chart onto the 4-hour chart, what happens…?
Nikkei 225 [4-Hour Chart]
Then, if
1) The 1-hour Shark forms,
2) After that, the 4-hour Butterfly forms.
If that is the case,
it seems there is a possibility of a waveform resembling a yellow zigzag.
In fact, there are times when a clean waveform progresses through multiple harmonics like this, but
This time, an example of non-formation.
Now please think about it again.
If the 1-hour Shark is completed,
the 4-hour Butterfly would fall without reaching the PRZ.
Since this would fall beyond C's low as well, if you redraw C, you would also need to redraw B, so the Butterfly would be invalid…?
Then if the 1-hour Shark does not form and the 4-hour Butterfly forms,
Nikkei 225 [Daily Chart]
The pink zone with the green arrow is the PRZ of the 4-hour Butterfly.
It slightly exceeds the Daily Butterfly's S/L, doesn't it?
If it retraces with the wick, it would barely be valid.
That's a rough outline, but are there any other possibilities beyond what's above?
If the 1-hour Shark is completed,
the 4-hour Butterfly would not form, but redraw of B may bring the Crab possibility.
However, if it is a Crab, the Daily Butterfly would be invalid.
Please try drawing this yourself as well?
Have you gotten a rough sense of the multiple harmonic concepts?
I think drawing harmonics can be done quickly by using TradingView's Object Tree.
The thinking from there is very important.
In addition to the above way of thinking,
adding correlations makes it even more complex.
It might be too much all at once, but I hope you will gradually understand?
That is all for this time.
Thank you for reading to the end. m(_ _"m)
