7: Notes
● If the SetFile contents of “TrendStream AutoEA” are not synchronized with the parameter settings for signal delivery “TrendStream,” there may be mismatches between signals and EA behavior. Please ensure both are manually synchronized.
Automation does not automatically synchronize the two; please set parameters manually for both.
● TrendStream’s Ready notification does not trigger an entry; only a confirmed Signal triggers an entry (only on charts where EA is active).
● Entries may add positions in the same direction as the initial position if the logic determines advantage; this is not a malfunction.
● When the EA automatically enters and holds positions, any discretionary entries made later will also have their exit logic applied (only on charts where the EA is active).
● When Auto Exit is OFF, discretionary entries will have exit logic applied if Auto Exit is turned ON for all discretionary positions.
● The backtest data published is based on past price movements and does not guarantee future profits.
● We have decided to prohibit backtesting in certain scenarios due to potential issues (already some cases found).
This is to prevent misuse such as fictitious copy trading or phishing from backtest results or test images.
