Guidance on the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and the Designated Notices (Regulation on Stealth Marketing) that took effect in October 2023

We would like to inform partner members about the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (the designated notices for stealth marketing regulation) that took effect on October 1, 2023.

From October 1, 2023, displays that make it difficult for ordinary consumers to determine that a representation is from a business will be regulated as improper representations under the Act, since they may hinder consumers' voluntary and rational choices.

If improper representations are confirmed, advertisers and sellers may be subject to injunctions, imprisonment, or fines.

Additionally, at the discretion of advertisers or sellers, we may terminate partnerships with partner members.

GogoJungle's policy and request for cooperation　

1. For partner members who publish affiliate URLs, please follow the below "PR display examples" and "display positions," etc., and ensure labeling such as "PR" (indicating advertising) within your operation site/media.
   In addition, not only for future articles and content but also for past articles and content, they are subject to this, so please adjust the labeling.

Display placement

It must be clearly displayed in a location easily recognizable by ordinary consumers, such as the first view.
