The MT4 specification is complex. For various reasonsit may behave unstably.
Please follow the steps in the order below to resolve the issue.
If the problem is not resolved through troubleshooting,
we can assist with the installation, so please consult via the “Send Message” on my page.

・The validation chart does not open
Cause 1: DLL access is not allowed.
From the MT4 top menu, select [Tools] > [Options] and check “Allow DLL imports.”
Cause 2: Gogojan web authentication has failed.
If WEB authentication fails, the indicator will not load.
There will be a message in the upper left of the chart where the “KENSHO_HUB” is placed, and in the [Experts] tab of the [Terminal].
The following is a state where WEB authentication fails intentionally.
Please follow the instructions in the messages.
If it displays “Authentication sucsses:by Gogojungle,” WEB authentication has succeeded.
・The validation chart opened but nothing is displayed, or it shows “Updating.”
Two causes are possible.
Cause 1. MT4 has not finished loading historical data.
If recently installed, the synchronization of historical data may not be complete.
You can check in the [Terminal] > [History].
Open the desired timeframePlace the “KENSHO_HUB”and leave it for about 10 minutes.
Then close all charts, restart MT4, and re-place the “KENSHO_HUB.”
Open the validation chart, place “KENSHO_CHART,” and press the [R] key to reset the validation chart.
Cause 2. Historical data was not imported correctly.
If the problem is not solved by “Cause 1,” it is possible that historical data import did not complete correctly.
Please check the installation guide one by one.

・Historical data cannot be imported
Some brokerage accounts have a “Streaming Account” that cannot import historical data properly.
From [File] > [Offline Chart], you can verify historical data.
Please ensure that data is imported correctly here.
If, after the import, the number of bars is limited to 1000 or so, your account may be in streaming mode.
・Validation chart runs but is slow
Cause 1. The indicators being loaded are heavy.
Due to system constraints, some indicators are not compatible.
First, try running only the indicators “KENSHO_HUB” and “KENSHO_CHART” to see if it is lightweight.
Then add indicators one by one and identify which one is heavy.
There is currently no fundamental workaround for this issue aside from not using that indicator.
We know which programs are incompatible, but this is an MT4-specific issue that cannot be addressed on our program side.
We are researching whether there is a way to avoid this problem within the program.
Please understand.
By the way, using moving averages built into “AUTO ANALYZER” slows things down.
In that case, please substitute with the moving average that MT4 provides.
If you cannot resolve the issue, please consult via the “Send Message” on my page.
