To grow through trading, eventually only the "specialized logic" will survive
First of all, to be honest, any logic is fine.
Any logic, and frankly you can increase it with any logic.
That is why I provide various kinds of information.
In other words, the point is to become good at a specialized logic.
Any logic is acceptable.
However, we must not forget specialized logic.
In other words, it means you should not use overly contradictory logic.
What does this mean?
If it’s a averaging-down logic (Nampin logic),
you must not use reversal logic (Tokuten logic).
When you do averaging-down with a reversal,
it becomes a reversal logic.
In other words, averaging-down itself is a short-term logic.
If it’s a longer averaging-down, profitability of capital becomes poor.
Ultimately, unless you specialize the logic,
risk management will deteriorate.
And, to increase profits in trading,
you have to specialize.
Even two or more combinations do not work well.
Two combinations make up one.
Trending plus trend-following.
Trending plus contrarian.
These are the kinds of things people say.
If you apply too opposite a logic,
in cases where losses occur, it means “losses will increase.”
To give an example with reversal averaging-down,
longer averaging-down plus reversal,
if you succeed you can effectively recover losses, but
if you fail, losses will increase, right?
That’s what I’m talking about.
To grow in trading
the only way is to “specialize the logic” as a risk-hedging measure—it’s the only path.
In other words, “there is no option besides specializing the logic.”
This specialized logic
is to make it your forte.
That is what leads to growing through trading.
