Is compound interest usage correct?
I don’t think compound interest investing is correct
That’s because it focuses on increasing profits
You want to make money, right
Both increasing your capital and generating profits
The desire to earn remains strongly biased
So, the more you let that bias dominate, the more you’ll be pulled by it
Therefore, compound interest investing is not advisable
Rather, it’s better to trade using simple interest
In other words, after you’ve really increased to a certain extent with simple interest
it’s correct to reset and gradually use compound interest in the trades
What isn’t clear is
even though it’s trend trading
to be cautious or to take profits early
it doesn’t feel like it has to be trend trading
If you’re going to be cautious, then you should basically be using averaging down and trends more
Ultimately, trading by changing directions would be better
