Don't panic if a trend appears suddenly; trends can reverse suddenly.
If you watch the market, you’ll understand it, but
suddenly a trend appears
and there are times when a trend will appear
this is the worst-case scenario
However, there are types of markets where the trend reverses and “never returns”
so a turn is quite painful, you could say it often leaves a deep wound
From past markets, turns look like easy profits
but the repetition of turns is fundamental, so I think the mental strain is heavy
A trend, in a sense, reflects human psychology
A trend is in essence like the whim of big players in the market
If you over-read the scenario, it’s no good
What’s good is to feel the scenario as a continuation of the market
When the market reverses
The moment you profit isn’t far off
(Even if the market suddenly changes and doesn’t return for about four days, it can all bounce back in just a few hours)
So, in the end, it comes down to market judgment
If you bring in technical analysis here
Technical reversals, i.e., curve fitting, tend to occur often
Causing losses in terms of phenomena
And people tend to incur unnecessary losses
Therefore, I think it’s essential to learn the fundamentals properly
The books I can recommend aren’t trading books
I also like zone psychology
But I think the psychology of probability, like in poker, suits me better
That is what becomes the psychology of the entire market
