A method to trade trend-following using the Holy Grail procedure
Simple and only aiming for N
N trading, nothing else
Simply wait for 3 hours and consider the past market of about 12 hours as the overall market
Target N — that's all
M and N don’t differ much
If you’re going to do it, N should be fine
Flag or N at most
There’s no other way the market moves from stops
Basically, it moves by the effect of N
Basically, the effects of M and N are
Only moving due to horizontal support/resistance or angle support/resistance
If it moves in an M-form trend, horizontal support/resistance might offer a better angle resistance market
Such effects just change; it isn’t an especially dangerous market or anything
Adding to a position (averaging down) becomes risky
As long as you don’t frequently move funds, there’s inherent risk everywhere
Therefore, just take a single shot within a fixed period at the stop loss
A fixed period plus horizontal support/resistance and angle resistance plus one shot
That’s the entire relationship
If this doesn’t predict anything, it’s just capital increase with profit loss
Thus, it seems to lead to a conclusion that full-time specializing is not appropriate
If you’re going to specialize
Without hesitation, zero-cut plus frequent fund movement
But even frequent capital movement
won’t beat stop-loss trading and is risky
For example
There’s a profit of 1 yen each time
But in a risk market, a loss of 20 yen occurs
If you can grow with that, go ahead, but
It would become an extremely intense trading you’ve never seen before
Moreover, it’s uncertain whether it will rebound, and you’d have to re-trade
If you don’t re-trade, you’ll just incur similar losses on recovery or poor return rates
If you move funds, that means high-risk trading is everything
This should not be low-risk
“If it doubles or more and the next trade succeeds, immediately move funds”
You must do at least that
And even so, if your funds go to zero and you move funds again to reset your market view and try again, is that possible
If you can’t do that
I think it’s better to quietly do stop-loss trading for a fixed period
