Daylight Saving Time and Standard Time
Hello. My name is Kitsune no Me.
Today I was thinking of writing about the "Trade Note," but since the timing is such,"Daylight Saving Time" and"Standard Time" I decided to write about.
1. What are Daylight Saving Time and Standard Time

Daylight Saving Time, also called "Summer Time",
in simple terms, is the practice of moving the clock forward by one hour during the summer period.
In Japan it has not been adopted yet, but in Western countries it is already widespread.
In contrast, "Winter Time" refers to the so-calledStandard Time, where the clock adjusted forward by one hour during summer is returned to normal.
The timing of the switch between Daylight Saving Time and Standard Time varies by country.

2. Changes to economic indicator release times
The point to be most careful about is,the "Release times of economic indicators".
During Daylight Saving Time, all schedules are moved up, so naturally, indicator releases also occur one hour earlier.
Also, since the DST period and time zones differ by country, you should properly check when the economic indicators of the currency you trade are announced.
If you trade without realizing this, you may miss entry timing or the timing to close positions, potentially leading to significant losses in some cases.
The timing of economic indicator releases is a moment when rates fluctuate violently.
Please be very careful.
3. Market opening times

As described, the open/close times of each market also move one hour earlier under Daylight Saving Time, so this is something to watch as well.
In Japan there is no DST, so there is no change to Tokyo market times, but
because market hours worldwide shift, be mindful that time differences change.
For example, the time difference between New York and Japan becomes 13 hours instead of 14,the time difference between London and Japan becomes 8 hours instead of 9.
4. Summary
From next month, it will be March.
With that comes the period when we switch from "Winter Time" to "Summer Time".
"Economic indicators"and "Market opening times"・ "London Fixing" are also changed, so please be careful.
Also, for those who join my daily Live broadcasts in the morning, the schedule will shift from"7:00–9:00" to"6:00–8:00" in the summer time. Please note that all Live broadcasts, including lines redraws, will move forward by one hour.
That is all for today!
Also, I will update again next time, thank you for your continued support!
Thank you for reading today as well.
Good job today!
