Stock Brokerage Strolling Tour VOL.26 JFX (Visit 4th)

Hello everyone, it’s the middle of Golden Week, but how are your trading results?

Today I’m not trading FX or stocks, but I’m slowly taking positions in Bitcoin FX and taking small profits, trading in a meticulous, frugal manner.

By the way, yesterday I visited JFX, the famous company led by President Kobayashi, as part of Securities Company Wandering Tour Vol. 26.

This time, as a continuation and review from the previous time, I learned how to operate JFX’s MATRIX TRADE.

What I noticed about MATRIX TRADE is that this account and app are really well designed, packed with features friendly to part-time traders who still use a feature phone.

In other words, the account is created from the perspective of a part-time trader who, like a businessperson, has limited time, and you can place orders under a variety of conditions, even with many time constraints.

① You can set the order validity period for orders such as limit orders with [Date/Time Specification]. (Up to 100 days ahead) (Example) May 4 at 21:29 → You can cancel the order if it hasn’t reached the release of an economic indicator, etc., by that time.

② There is a [Position Lock] feature to lock a specific position so you don’t accidentally settle all at once.

③ There is a [Time-Specified Market Order] that places a market order at a specified date and time. → Even if you can’t monitor the trading screen because you have other business, you can enter by placing a time-specified market order.

④ If the specified date/time arrives and your limit or stop orders have not been filled, you can place a market order at the specified time [Time-Specified Limit Order]. → If you are holding a position and have set take-profit and stop-loss orders but important remarks are due from a person of significance from a certain time, you can decide to exit at a market price at that time; this is convenient.

⑤ There is a unique order called [All-Closing Execution by Condition], which triggers a full close when a specified P/L or a specified time occurs. → For example, if TOTAL profit reaches +1 million yen, execute all-close orders, etc. Instead of specifying a rate, you specify the profit. This is especially convenient when you have multiple positions and many currency pairs.

⑥ A method to prevent stop orders from being filled due to instantaneous spreads around indicator times is the [BID & ASK Stop-Loss] order.

In addition to the above user-friendliness, JFX’s characteristic is that they are strong with short-term trades such as dollar-yen scalping and day trading, even with a small spread (0.3 sen fixed in principle) with a feature-phone-friendly approach, making them a valuable FX company indeed.

Tomorrow finally arrives the monthly US employment data, a favorite event for feature-phone traders in FX.
