We also added an indicator that displays the win rate on the next candle. The product includes a version where the win rate is displayed on the next candle as well.

Indicator upgraded.

To further improve accuracy, we upgraded. We have newly added “sellbuy-signs009.ex4.” Once the current candle completes, the sign appears on the previous candle, and you enter from there.


Changes


  • Sign confirmation is performed when the candle closes.
  • Win-rate confirmation is based on the comparison of the close price of the signal candle and the next candle.


The image below shows the win rate after 3 days when the “sellbuy-signs009.ex4” indicator is installed. EUR/USD has a win rate of 74.1%, and USD/CHF has 70.3%. EUR/USD and USD/CHF seem to match the logic.


Note: Win rates vary depending on market and timing.



Relationship between win rate, payout ratio, and expected profit

From the relationship between win rate and payout ratio, circles indicate combinations where expected profit is positive. If the win rate is 50% or higher, expected profit is positive. Also, with a payout ratio of 2x, even a win rate of 35% yields positive expected profit.



Binary options win-rate simulation

Payout ratio: 190% (if the prediction is correct, you receive 1.9 times your purchase amount)



If you can raise the win rate to 53%, 55%, or 60%, profits will continue to increase. For binary options beginners, we recommend aiming for a win-rate of 55% first.

Indicator settings

Setting to display win rate on 1-minute chart

In Tools > Options, set “Maximum Bars in History” and “Maximum Bars in Chart” to 30000.  

 From Tools > History Center, download 1-minute data.     

About the contents of the indicator

※ After setting the indicator on the chart, do not switch timeframes or currencies. Due to MT4 specifications, the arrow positions and win rates may change. After setting the indicator on the chart, leave it as is for use.


For example, if you want to trade GBP/JPY on a 5-minute chart, first open the GBP/JPY 5-minute chart, then drag and drop the indicator onto the chart.


The product consists of five ex4 files: set001.ex4, set002.ex4, and sellbuy-signs003.ex4, sellbuy-signs006.ex4, sellbuy-signs009.ex4.Set001.ex4 and set002.ex4 only need to be placed in the Navigator, and you can use the upgraded version sellbuy-signs009.ex4 by dragging and dropping it onto the chart.
