Last week's market
In the first half of the week, OPEC production cuts prospects and trade tensions concerns faded. In the second half, North Korea's dismantling of nuclear facilities occurred, markets moved between risk-on and risk-off, TLT declined, stocks showed signs of a pullback, and Bitcoin tended to rebound by weekend.

This week's theme
Weekly report: Clouds over the last blossoms. The flowers have all fallen, covered by clouds. A glimmer of hope remains, but near term the trend is risk-off. The U.S. yield near 3%—closing at 2.968%—will trigger a significant stock adjustment. With professional institutions likely to sell, beware of the lower bound in stocks’ box.
