The 6.9-year cycle started in February 2016. There is a possibility that October 13 was the 6.9-year bottom and the 28th-month cycle bottom. However, the reasonable bottom for the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023 ±14 months, so the bottom for the 6.9-year cycle could also occur in the week of March 18 ±4 weeks (Feb 20 to Apr 13) as the next PC bottom remains possible. There is an increased likelihood of further decline at present.

Medium- to long-term outlook (the 46-month cycle is either three 15-month cycles or two 23-month cycles. The third 15.3-month cycle has started).

The 15-month cycle bottom is assumed to be October 3. January marks the third 15.3-month cycle's third month within the 46-month cycle. In this scenario, optimism is warranted, but note that the bottom of the 15-month cycle can still be expected to extend to around March.
