Primo Swing Trading Method Publication
Good work everyone!
This is Nobushi!
I will disclose the method using the currency strength-based sign tool “Primo” that was released recently.
This time, it is a parameter setting for swing trading using a daily chart!
I hope it will be helpful for both those who purchased Primo and those who did not.
Also, for those who purchased, we will update it later, so please download the PDF as well.
The content is not different from what is written here, but….
Primo Long-Term Axis (Swing) Trading Method
【Overview】
Indicators used: “Primo”
Timeframe: Daily
Based on currency strength data in the long-term span,
recognize the long-term trend.
In addition, it detects pullbacks (corrections) within the trend and makes it possible to display signals at favorable timings.
Signal display for the most recent year (no repainting, for clarity only Primo is displayed)
【USD/JPY: Daily】

Since long-term holding is assumed, the number of signals is rather small.
If combined with other currency pairs, there will always be some position held.
Also, due to expected large price movements, we want to approach with a lot size that allows ample SL room.
The guideline is to place SL at the most recent low or high, and target TP of the same width.

【EUR/USD: Daily】

If you place SL at recent highs and lows, you can manage risk while earning profit.
By the way, if signals appear in quick succession, there is no need to re-enter because the first signal is the most advantageous!
EUR/USD has formed a downtrend over the past several years, making signal generation easier.
Conversely, in markets like the pound that lack clear directional movement, signals tend to be fewer (to avoid traps).

Essentially, signals light up on currencies with large currency strength differences,
making the edge high and win rate high.
As a trader, it is crucial not to misplace where you set SL or TP.
Similar to the short-term method, when the scenario breaks down, it is important to settle properly and start over.
I hope this is helpful.
