A 6.9-year cycle began in February 2016. It is possible that October 13 was the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle and the 28th month of the third cycle. However, the reasonable bottom of the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023 ±14 months, so the week of March 18 (±4 weeks: February 20 to April 13) remains a possibility for the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle. Currently, there is an increased likelihood of further decline.

Medium- to long-term outlook (the 46-month cycle consists of either three 15-month cycles or two 23-month cycles. The third 15.3-month cycle has started)

The 15-month cycle bottom is assumed to be October 3. January is the third 15.3-month cycle of the 46-month cycle, the third month. If this scenario holds, it is bullish, but note that the bottom of the 15-month cycle could still be around March.
