That depends on the result of capital increases
If you have increased capital as a result of following the trend, that’s fine

but if you’ve increased it through reckless trading, it won’t last
Stability in trading essentially comes down to whether you are doing routine work to grow your capital


In the market you ultimately continue in either a trending market or a range-bound market
Since you trade in that market,

how well you have been able to increase your capital when that favorable market arrives
and whether it ends up as increased capital, that’s the point


If you are not able to do that
it would be best to reassess your trading psychology again
If you are able to do that
I think you should continue with it
