For you
What is the most important thing in work
for you?
Some people say it's 'salary'
Some people say it's 'relationships',
'work hours' or 'commute time'
there are also those who think so.
There isn't a single correct answer
so I think it's fine for everyone to have their own view,
but the most important thing for me is
to do your best with all your might.
From my life experience so far
the things I've truly worked hard on
have become the foundation of my growth.
Not only in work,
but also in investing.
People who put in effort
see deeper aspects.
What to emphasize
is up to each person,
but if you put effort into everything,
a virtuous cycle will eventually emerge
and I believe that,
so please try hard at various things as well.
For more details,
it's discussed in the video,
so please take a look.
Now, one more video,
the video released yesterday on Thursday

Now, in this video
I talked about good habits and bad habits,
and you probably already know the answer yourself.
If you are satisfied with your current situation,
there is no particular need to change your habits.
However, if you have some dissatisfaction or anxiety
and you want to change your life a little,
gradually changing daily habits can accumulate
to great results.
For example, waking up 5 minutes earlier each morning
and investing in yourself.
Even this alone
if repeated every day
will become 50 minutes in 10 days,
and 150 minutes in 30 days.
Even for just one month
this much time adds up,
so changing habits does have a big impact.
Life is finite,
so if possible, cultivate good habits
and live a fulfilling life.
More details are also
discussed in the video,
so please take a look.
Well then,
thank you for joining today as well.
Thank you.
