But I don’t think that’s something MACD can help with visually

In that case, it should be covered by the main chart in price ranges

Like all technical analyses, essentially these are derived from moving averages

So analyze the price range

and verify whether the current market is in line with what the technical analysis indicates

If you do that, MACD will be usable for analysis without being too slow

Technical analysis is meaningful when it is based on price ranges
