Medium- to long-term outlook (6.9-year and 26-month cycles: is October 13 the bottom?)

The 6.9-year cycle started in February 2016. October 13 may have been the bottom for both the 6.9-year cycle and the 28th month of the third cycle. However, a reasonable bottom for the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023 ± 14 months, so the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle could also occur in the week of March 18 (±4 weeks: February 20 to April 13) as the PC bottom. It remains roughly 50-50 at present.

The 15-month cycle bottom was on October 3. November is the first month of the third 15.3-month cycle within the 46-month cycle.
