Medium- to long-term outlook (6.9-year and 26-month cycles: is October 13 the bottom?)

The 6.9-year cycle started in February 2016. October 13 may have been the bottom for both the 6.9-year cycle and the third 28-month cycle. However, a reasonable bottom for the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023 ±14 months, so the bottom for the 6.9-year cycle could also occur in the week of March 18 ±4 weeks (Feb 20–Apr 13) as the next PC bottom. For now, it’s still about 50/50.

The 15-month cycle bottom occurred on Oct 3. November is the first month of the third 15.3-month cycle of the 46-month cycle.
