The 6.9-year cycle started in February 2016. October 13 could be the bottom for the 6.9-year and the 3rd 28-month cycle. However, the valid bottom of the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023 ±14 months, so there remains a possibility that the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle will occur in the week of March 18 (±4 weeks: February 20 to April 13), which is the bottom for the 6.9-year cycle.

Medium- to long-term outlook (46-month cycle consists of either three 15-month cycles or two 23-month cycles. The third 15.3-month cycle has started)
