Medium-to-long-term outlook (declining toward the 15.5-month cycle bottom) No change

The First 4-Year Cycle is a combination pattern of two 24-month cycles and three 15.5-month cycles. The rise from the 24-month cycle bottom started in June, but the 15.5-month cycle bottom may bottom out on October 13.

Medium-to-long-term outlook (the rise of the second 24-month cycle ends, and the 15.5-month cycle declines) No change

The 24-month cycle bottomed out on March 9. Time and price targets have been met (time within ±3 months of March, price at or below 25,280). The first PC of the second 24-month cycle formed despite the 15.5-month cycle exerting strong downward pressure, but did not create a new low. However, another PC may still occur.
