Medium-to-long-term outlook (6.9-year and 26-month cycles: will they begin after November?)

The 6.9-year cycle started in February 2016. The possibility remains that June 16 could be the bottom of the 6.9-year and the third 28-month cycle. However, the reasonable bottom for the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023. The week of November 21, +/- 4 weeks, could be the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle at the current PC bottom.

Medium-to-long-term outlook (46-month cycle: either three 15-month cycles or two 23-month cycles; the second 15.3-month cycle bottom is around December)

A new 46-month cycle started in April 2020. The target for the 23-month cycle is February 2022 +/- 4 months, with the bottom on June 20; however, note that a 15-month cycle bottom is expected to appear around December.
