FX Today's Trade Strategy 10/7
EURUSD Euro/Dollar
・Yesterday's Trade
Yesterday rose from 0.9850, but was pushed back by selling to cover the previous downtrend wave.
When it fell below 0.9850, I shorted as planned and held until morning. +35 pips
・Market Environment and Today's Strategy
Yesterday's rise was limited, and selling into the rebound of the long-term downtrend wave is coming in.
If selling, I would want to wait for a breakout of the range or a temporary pullback.
I want to consider shorting while watching the pullback of the rally from late last week to early this week.
Regarding chart patterns, 0.9750 is considered a near-term pivot.
USDJPY Dollar/Yen
・Yesterday's Trade
There was a pullback, but given that 145.0 is nearby, no trade was taken.
・Market Environment and Today's Strategy
In the NY session, it slightly broke above 145.0.
Buying interest appears to be strong.
Above 145.0, there could be a battle with intervention risk.
Is a short-term trade possible?
